Set in an impressive early Victorian villa, Ascot House is a family-run hotel which has recently been acquired by Janice and Bernard, an Anglo-French couple.  The hotel has private, off-road parking and is most conveniently situated within a few minutes walking distance of Torquay’s Town Centre, sea front, marina and the Riviera Conference Centre.

All rooms have en-suite facilities, hospitality trays, colour TVs and wifi and, reflecting our respective nationalities, are furnished in either a French period style or with traditional Victorian furniture.

The Anglo-French theme has also been extended to our extensive breakfast menu which includes fresh fruit, cheeses, specialty meats, delicious baked goods and continental breads with home made preserves - in addition to our cooked-to-order traditional English breakfast using quality produce – all served in our sunny, spacious dining room!
