All prices quoted are per room and include breakfast for its occupants.
We feel that our prices compare very favourably indeed with accommodation of a similar standard. Our winter prices, in effect, mean that you get a free upgrade in relation to our summer prices. For instance it enables you to book a superior room at the price of a standard room (£60 - 2 people B&B) or double occupancy of our Sea View Suite for the price of a superior room (£70 - normally £80).
Our special offers (e.g. 10% off stays of more than 2 nights or 20% off stays of more than 5 nights) apply all year round but only if bookings are made directly through us (rather than through LateRooms).
Please note that, on Bank Holiday weekends and in July and August, our rooms cannot be booked for 1 night only.
All our rooms, including the suites, are family, doubles or twins with private bathroom or en-suite facilities.
For families, we have our 3 suites which can accommodate up to 4 people (2 parents and children) sine they have double sofabeds in addition to the standard beds. We are a family-friendly hotel and, for children sharing a room/suite with their parents, there is no extra charge for breakfast or cots if required.
Ascot House Hotel is a no smoking establishment. However, 2 of our suites have access to a large balcony on which smoking is permitted. Please advise when booking.

Cancellation policy - For stays of 1 to 3 nights the cost of the first night will be charged at the time of booking and, in the event of a cancellation, is non-refundable. For stays exceeding 3 nights a deposit of 25% is required and, in the event of cancellation, is non-refundable.
However, provided that reasonable notice is given, the cancellation cost will be credited towards the cost of a subsequent stay provided it is in the 6 months following the initial booking date(s).
